Case: brand new hard case from Musician's Gears. Action heights: 4/32" low E and 3/32" high E.

Specs: Top: spruce(looks like solid top) Back/Sides: laminated mahogany.

Obviously the previous owner played mostly at 1st to 4th position. There are some play wears at the fretboard mostly located between 1st and 4th fret. The bridge has been re-glued by a local luthier, and the saddle has been filed down to lower the action. Everything looks original and functional. Full disclosure: the overall condition is very good with only two slight dings on the top.
